Payments and refunds

Retainers
- Invoiced monthly in advance, starting with a 3-month initial term.
- After the initial term, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice. You pay for the notice period and we deliver the work for it.
- A month that has started is not refundable, because the work for that month is planned and in progress.
Projects (websites, brand identity, AI setup)
- 50% is invoiced to start and 50% on delivery.
- If you cancel before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work begins, we keep the deposit, hand over the work completed so far, and don't invoice the balance.
Founding partner offer
The discounted first month (AED 2,500) applies to the 3-month initial term. If a founding partner ends the agreement inside that term, months two and three are still due at the standard rate.
Ad spend and platform fees
Ad spend and platform fees are paid by you directly to the platforms, so Fidara cannot refund them.
