Terms of service

Last updated 20 October 2026.

These terms apply to services provided by Fidara, run by Nabeel Imran ("Fidara", "we") to business clients ("you"). Each engagement also has a written proposal or order setting out the scope, price and timeline. If the two conflict, the proposal wins.

1. What we provide

Marketing, content, lead generation, AI agent, website and branding services as described in your proposal. Fidara does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and is not regulated to do so.

2. Your approvals and compliance

You approve all content, ads, scripts and AI agent answers before they go live. You are responsible for making sure published material meets the rules of your regulator and your licence. We write with those rules in mind, but final regulatory responsibility stays with you.

3. Accounts and data

Ad accounts, social media accounts, domains and hosting are opened in your firm's name. You pay ad spend and platform fees (for example Meta's WhatsApp conversation fees) directly to the platform. We process lead data only on your instructions.

4. Fees and payment

Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. Invoices are due within 7 days. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where Fidara is VAT-registered. See payments and refunds.

5. Term and ending

Retainers start with a 3-month initial term, then continue month to month until either side gives 30 days' written notice.

6. Ownership

Once paid for, the deliverables we create for you (content, designs, website code and copy) belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how, and may show your work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Results

We commit to delivering the agreed work with care and on time. We do not guarantee specific results such as numbers of leads, clients or revenue, because those depend on factors outside our control.

8. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other's confidential information private and uses it only for the engagement.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made by advertising or messaging platforms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

11. Website use

Content on this website is general information about our services and is not financial advice. Demos on this website use fictional firms and scripted conversations.
